Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, click “Add to Cart” on your desired item(s), then proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order securely.

Q: What products do you offer?
A: Desire.RI offers high-quality beauty-enhancing products such as natural human hair wigs, press-on nails, nail care tools, and everyday glam accessories — all curated for comfort, quality, and style.

Q: Are your wigs made from real human hair?
A: Yes! Our wigs are made from 100% natural human hair for a soft, realistic look that’s easy to style and long-lasting.

Q: Do your press-on nails come pre-glued?
A: Most of our press-on nails come with adhesive tabs or nail glue included. Product descriptions will specify what's included.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We offer fast worldwide shipping through our trusted AutoDS partners.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Estimated delivery times by region:

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Use it to track your delivery on our website or via the shipping provider’s tracking page.

Q: Will I have to pay customs or duties?
A: Orders outside the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs fees, or import duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the checkout total.

Q: Is your website secure?
A: Absolutely. Desire.RI is hosted on Shopify’s secure platform with SSL encryption to keep your personal and payment info safe.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on most unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, wigs and opened beauty items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Q: How do I request a return or exchange?
A: Email us at desire-ri.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our support team will walk you through the process.

A: Desire.RI operates online with fulfillment partners across the U.S. and internationally. We’re proudly serving customers around the world.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placing them. Contact us immediately at desire-ri.store@gmail.com if you need to make a change.
